Your questions, answered.
What knowledge should we capture first?
Start with a task people ask about often, an important procedure, or know-how held by only a few experienced employees. Your team identifies the priorities and experts; YBA helps turn that knowledge into a clear training plan.
Do we need professionally filmed footage?
No. We can work with footage your team already has or records on the job, along with manuals, SOPs, and presentations. Where material is missing, we can produce new content with your experts.
How do you make sure the instructions are accurate?
Your subject matter experts review the details before content becomes part of the training library. Their review helps the video and written instructions reflect your actual equipment, processes, and terminology.
Who owns the finished training library?
Your company owns its knowledge and training library. YBA builds, hosts, manages, and updates the library so the content stays organized and useful as your business changes.
What knowledge do you want to keep?
Start with one process, one expert, or existing footage. We’ll turn it into training others can use.
