YBA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Use.
These Terms govern your use of the YBA Knowledge Portal (the “Portal”), operated by YBA LLC (“YBA”). Your organization (the “Client”) provides your access under its agreement with YBA (the “Client Agreement”). You may use the Portal solely for the Client’s internal business purposes.
Your Account.
Your account is for your use only. Do not share your login credentials or allow anyone else to use your account. Additional users obtain their own accounts through the Client’s Administrator. Report any unauthorized use to hello@ybaworld.com.
Restrictions.
You may not give anyone outside the Client access to the Portal without YBA’s prior written approval. You may not give access to a competitor of YBA, copy, scrape or reverse engineer the Portal, use it to build or assist a competing product, or publish screenshots or recordings of its software or design.
Ownership.
The Portal’s software, design and workflows are YBA’s proprietary and confidential property. The Client’s library belongs to the Client.
Access and Monitoring.
The Client determines which of its personnel have access to the Portal. To protect the Client’s library, YBA records sign-ins and account activity. If YBA detects a shared login, access from outside the Client or other unauthorized use, YBA will alert the Client. YBA may temporarily lock an account it believes is compromised. YBA will alert the Client when it does.
General.
These Terms apply to individual users and do not amend the Client Agreement. If these Terms conflict with the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls. Any warranties regarding the Portal are made to the Client under the Client Agreement. YBA’s Privacy Policy at ybaworld.com/privacy applies. YBA may update these Terms. You will be asked to accept any update at sign-in. New York law governs.
